BEYOND VALUE
Beyond Value is taking its knowledge gained from years of valuation to
help investors, owner/users, and renters get the data they need quickly
and cost effectively. Starting
August 2009, look for packaged data available - sale comps, rent surveys,
cap rate studies – these can be used for a variety of reasons
including tax appeal, quick data reads and lease review. Consider these all great starting
points for your due diligence.
If you need custom work, call and ask for details. Due to demand, Beyond Value now offers commercial
staging and design consultation.
CASE STUDIES USED TO BUILD OUR FOUNDATION
Over the years, Beyond Value gained the expertise and flexibility to
answer a variety of real estate questions and fill a void for the small
commercial property owner. Here are some of the more intriguing projects
that shaped our ability to package data and added to our real estate
insight.
