ABOUT US
Beyond Value, founded in 2003, is undergoing exciting changes with its
development of a zoning database called ZonabilityTM. The underlying mission is to make
valuation tools accessible.
Leigh Budlong, President, has an extensive real estate background
starting after the S&L Scandal in 1991. She graduated from USC (the
one in Los Angeles) with a Business degree
during the severe recession, opting to travel frugally and au pair in France to skirt employment challenges in
the U.S.
Her career had “stops” in Phoenix
and New York before arriving in San Francisco
mid-1996. She is resourceful,
flexible, a thinker and a doer.
Working at times as an appraiser, broker, general contractor,
designer and data junkie, she is transforming her business to find and
serve a larger audience.
