SERVICES
Clients pay us for our real estate knowledge. We have two departments: brokerage and
appraisal. All appraisals are
certified commercial and we will not partake in brokerage activities for
those properties in which a licensed staff member also handles the
appraisal. In our brokerage
department, we handle Broker Price Opinions (BPOs),
loan origination, investment strategy (buy vs. rent), pre-sale and
pre-foreclosure counseling and other advocacy services.
With experience in the Bay Area extending over 300 properties, we have
an excellent handle on the small commercial market and if we can’t
help, we will try to refer you to someone.
